I've been using RPG Maker VX Ace for a few years now, and I've never had this problem before. Whenever I try to play a game made in RPG Maker VX Ace I get an error message that says "Unable to find VL Gothic Font". I went through the files of the RTP and it looks like the folder for the files is still there, but most of the files are just blank aside from the two font files. This just started happening randomly, and I have no idea why. Is there a fix for this?

Download this font folder. (includes necessary font files)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/qwarzhqubhrg1ki/fonts.zip?dl=1
and put it inside the game folder.
Extract fonts folder and see if it works without font error.
Edit: inside fonts folder should look like-
VLGothic | File folder
VL-Gothic-Regular | TrueType font file
VL-PGothic-Regular | TrueType font file

I already have a font folder that contains the exact contents you just mentioned, I copy and pasted it into the game folder and it started working fine. But it looks like that all files used need to be put in the game folder, even though they're the default files I already have in the RTP. I have no idea why it just started doing this randomly because it worked fine before.
Edit: Also, when I try to playtest my games, it says I need the RTP installed even though I do have the RTP.

To be clear, are you running it from within RPG Maker VX Ace, running it manually, or running it after it's been compressed?

Decided to rewatch yugioh gx, this time in Japanese dub. English dub is nice, but the creative liberties they take change quite a lot sometimes. For instance, Vellian Crowler, PhD., portrayed by 4Kids as a buffoon, is fairly respectable in the original. He's got his ideals, stands behind them and duels with honor; unlike many others, he doesn't stack his deck or cheat otherwise.
