the three-day then wrapping up last night, bringing in more than 200,000 visitors. it's not clear if the man attended the festival are not covered. that moment was at golden gate park and has the latest on that. >> during the middle of one california's largest music festivals right here at golden gate park. a man was found dead here at the handball courts at golden gate park by san francisco fire department. this marks the second dead body to be found at golden gate park within 2 years of this festival being hosted. according to the san francisco fire department shortly after one pm there was reportedly an unresponsive person locked inside a porta-potty at the handball courts off nancy pelosi drive in golden gate park. a pretty good distance away from the outside lands festival going on the final day of their festival here at golden gate park. you could hear the festival music in the background. after first responders arrived, they forced open the door and found a man who was not breathing.

he was declared dead on the scene. it's unclear if the man was an attendee of the festival and his identity is yet to be determined. also on the final day of outside lands in 2023, a woman's body was found outside of the festival grounds around 7 in the evening. her body found inside a double back. 2 suspects were later arrested. now the cause of death is still being investigated as is the rest of the scene here where the body of someone was found here, golden gate park, anybody with any information related to this incident is expected to call san francisco police reporting here at golden gate park in san francisco. jack moment. kron 4 news. well, a person police say is connected to the shooting right near the oakland coliseum is now in jail. >> the shooting happened right near collison way. police found a victim with gunshot wounds. as of this morning, that person is reportedly in stable condition. police find a gun on the scene and that incident is still under investigation. there. police now looking for a driver

accused of crashing into a bus and several cars. this happened around 2.30 sunday morning right at the intersection of telegraph avenue and 20th. police say the driver ran a red light, hit a bus crash into parked cars. the driver running from the scene before police arrived. the bus driver is hospitalized in stable condition right now. and let's head to the north bay because a suspected drunk driver had to be extracted from his car after a crash in petaluma. police shared the photo. the aftermath. look at the car. they say a 22 year-old man was driving under the influence when his car flipped white near west street. and even lane he was trapped inside and crews out to help to get him out. they say his blood alcohol level double the legal limit. he was booked into jail on dui charges. vice president kamala harris holding a fundraiser in san francisco raising millions of dollars first stop in the bay area since becoming the presumptive democratic presidential nominee. supporters paid a

is scheduled for 8 o'clock this morning. high fire now california's largest wildfire the year starting july 24th right near chico spread pretty quickly as far more than 429,000 acres destroyed at least 630 buildings. so 38% contained. and the north bay fire crews managed to contain a 50 acre brush fire in solano county. cal fire saying it started friday afternoon on blue mountain drive right near the intersection of highway 80. nobody was hurt. it's not clear yet how that fire started. and santa clara county park was shut down the almaden. quicksilver county park closed saturday cause of the brush fire right near the guadalupe reservoir. the fire blocking access to the part. cal fire said the fire started around 10 friday night. the last word burned roughly 5 acres. no injuries were reported. and rescue crews in county rescued. a 75 year-old hiker who fell roughly 100 feet off of a cliff. he was

stuck at the bottom of a cliff for hours before helicopter crews reached him and took him to a hospital. the man was seriously hurt. we don't have any word on his condition, the rocky cliff where it happened off of san antonio road in valley. here's an image of that. and a person who fell into the water at the san francisco ferry docks was rescued by the fire department department releasing this video of that scene, 7 around 7.30, yesterday morning at one park and arrow. the person was in the water for about 10 minutes and was evaluated by paramedics. and is expected to survive. well, people that are living in rv's in san francisco abre scene for being forced out by the city yet again, that's after dozens of rv's were moved from a row right near san francisco state. the city movie rv's the beginning of august, citing concerns of trash, crowded, miss right near s fsu and a nearby high school. the people living in rv's moved to 0 just down the street. lawmakers and homeless advocates called on

a shooting in a car crash that left one person dead. happened around 2.30 saturday morning and 12th avenue. officers say the driver of that car was involved in a crash and shot several times. he died at the scene. russian police have arrested a minor for kerry. this loaded gun. and that's drives. tried to run away. police caught him now. the gun in his waistband was booked into juvenile hall. and state investigators say this is just part of nearly $200,000 where the stolen electronics found inside of a shipping trailer in solano county. the trailer had been reported stolen from our said authorities had been keeping a trailer under surveillance and moved in to arrest the driver as it was being towed. all right. let's get moving this morning. you need to know how to dress down tables. been tracking that forecast morning, john day. the we are looking at a big change this week and not just this week either. but >> for the foreseeable future here, that's a change. i think you're going to like this is what we got outside this morning from the embarcadero.

not a lot of visibility issues. >> but we do have a lot of cloud cover sitting just above the bay, a blanket of a low clouds and a pretty thick blanket at that. we'll keep a shrouded out with some low grade for several hours ahead of us this morning. the big picture set up shows this low pressure area sitting west of california. high pressure still built up to the east monsoonal moisture for the desert southwest. but this low really does have the dominating force in this forecast. in fact, as we make our way through the week, the pacific northwest could be looking at a few showers mostly contained to the north, but we definitely benefit from the cooler trend of weather in this forecast today, we will see an onshore breeze, partly cloudy to start mostly sunny towards the afternoon. as we do move into tomorrow. pretty similar forecast with that onshore breeze, mostly cloudy skies in the morning, followed by some afternoon and comfortable sunshine. today's daytime highs are going to be in the 50's and 60's in the city. bring the jackets to the city today. 50's and 60's at

right next to us. that's keeping the high pressure ridge from building all contributes to the cooler, feel temperatures in the 50's to 60's right now conquered in dublin at 58 petaluma. you're at 56 degrees to start the morning. while san francisco right at 55, a light jacket kind of start, especially considering that sea breeze later on today. it will be 70's 80's for most of us 60's at the coast. comfortable day, regardless of where in the day you're out. as for the roads, it is smooth sailing so far this morning been looking for any backups so far, not finding any of them. only 12 minutes across the bay bridge and love to see that to kick off on monday, especially san mateo bridge. you got an easy monday commute at 12 minutes as well. well, nothing going on just yet at the richmond, sandra fell nor at the golden gates, right? how, right? john, thank for that. happening today, homeless advocates over the outside this morning. >> healthy people that live in rv's right near the san francisco zoo. move out cities order them to find a new place to live by wednesday. kroger's

will tran live in san francisco with that story. well. >> some people here believe the deadline was yesterday, but you can clearly see a lot of them are still here on zoom road in san francisco. we will show you live images of exactly what's going on. it's 05:30am, in the morning and you can see many of them are awake right now. they're outside of their rv's. they're keeping a close eye on exactly what's going to happen. reportedly, the deadline was yesterday for them to leave this location. but you can clearly see they are here and there are no officers forcing them to leave. but we do see signs on both sides of the street here and it tells anybody that they cannot be here starting wednesday for a full month because they have to do some roadwork. they have to do some repairs and that alone will force them to leave this location if they should move today. this will be the second move in just a few weeks because earlier this

month, they were told to move from san francisco state location, which is about a mile from here. they could not stay there. so they found this location and now they have to move again. homeless advocates believe this is unfair to the families living inside the rv. >> so they really have nowhere to go. so they're really stressed. this has been really traumatizing. they've been asking over and over again. they just want a place to park they're just asking, you know, that they can, you know, that they can have somewhere where they can just live and do all the hard work that they do to, you know, keep the city going. >> some of the people told us in spanish that they believe that somebody from the city of san francisco will arrive here starting at 11 o'clock this morning and help them find apartments to live. but they're not exactly sure. in the meantime, we will keep a close eye on the situation.
